Instructions and Reminders for the DOST-ERDT (UPLB) Scholarship Program application (1st Semester 2021-2022)
- Submission of application will start on March 20, 2021, 8:00AM to May 15, 2021, 5:00PM. Applicants should fill up and upload their requirements through this Google form link, (https://docs.google.com/
forms/d/e/ 1FAIpQLSd38pITRL8VOMEl1BJee 3Sp1ADA5Znagg4Zs0kgBfnQlEb CKw/viewform). - The application and recommendation forms are available at https://ceat.uplb.edu.ph/
dost-erdt-scholarship-progr am/. - Make sure that applicants have a UPLB Graduate School Notice of Admission or have submitted their application to the UPLB Graduate School.
- Once the applicants’ documents are screened, the UPLB SRS will notify the applicants who will proceed to the Interview with the ERDT-UPLB Management Committee.
- The applicants will be notified if they passed the interview or not and if they will be endorsed for final approval of DOST-SEI. They will be also notified once the result from the DOST-SEI was released.
