To celebrate the achievements of the graduates of Class of 2022, the Department of Electrical Engineering held a Testimonial Program last August 3, 2022 via Zoom.
The department chair, Asst. Prof. Roderick L. Catriz, gave his opening remarks to formally welcome everyone to the event. Apart from congratulating the graduates, Asst. Prof. Catriz highlighted the resilience of everyone who overcame all the challenges and hurdles that the pandemic has caused.
A total of 28 graduates were recognized during the program with Mr. Lance Patrick Alarcon leading the graduating class. Mr. Alarcon also gave a speech where he congratulated his fellow graduates and acknowledged all the efforts and hard work that they have put in to finally reach the finish line.
To complete the send off party for the graduates, everyone was asked to reminisce about their time in UPLB and to reflect on their learnings and experiences for the past years through their time capsules.
