Your support is critical in maintaining CEAT’s position as one of the top engineering schools in the country. When you help the College, you help today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders. Your contribution will boost our capacity to educate leaders, and develop new and relevant technologies that can serve society.

Support from alumni, parents and friends help the College meet its highest priorities and fulfill its mission. Your donation makes a huge impact.

The following are the areas donors can choose from as the beneficiary of their generosity:

1.      Faculty Development

a)      Professorial Chairs

Awarded to faculty members in recognition of meritorious work in teaching, research and creative endeavors. To qualify, faculty members must have outstanding research/publication output, creative work in the arts and humanities, or discoveries and inventions in science and technology; excel in teaching; and provide service to the University and the nation.

b)      Faculty Grants

Awarded as incentives for faculty members to pursue research and creative work. This is intended to encourage young, promising faculty members to persevere in their academic pursuits.

c)      Academic Conference Grants

Provided to faculty members who are invited to deliver research/academic papers at international conferences. These will be used to partly or wholly finance international travel for the faculty to be able to interact with the global community of experts in their fields.

3.    Modernization Projects

There are two ways to contribute to CEAT’s modernization and upgrading of facilities and research laboratories. The first is to adopt-a-facility where the cost of modernizing a classroom, facility, or laboratory is shouldered by a donor. The second is through cash donation to the UPLB Modernization Fund.
